Christmas Set-Up 2025

SUSA is always active and at your disposal, even during the Christmas period.

The table below shows the deadline for entrusting us with your goods in order to guarantee the usual delivery times. 
For pickups made in the following days and until Monday, January 5, 2026, delivery times will be extended due to the specific difficulties of the period.

From Wednesday, January 7, 2026, the usual delivery times will be restored. 

For special requests and/or requirements, please contact our staff at your local SUSA branch and check the feasibility of transport in advance.

* EXPORT GROUPAGE SHIPMENTS:The last departures from our SUSA International Hubs in Milan, Verona, and Turin will take place on December 15, 2025.

In order to ensure the correct and adequate management of deliveries estimated BEFORE CHRISTMAS, goods must arrive at our HUBs in Milan, Verona, and Turin by December 12, 2025.

* IMPORT GROUPAGE SHIPMENTS:The last departures from foreign hubs will take place on December 10, 2025.
In this case, in order to guarantee the arrival of IMPORT shipments in Italy, we need to receive the collection order no later than December 5, 2025, and the goods must be ready for shipment in the foreign country of departure by December 9, 2025.
 
Services will gradually resume starting January 9, 2025.
